songs are emotions materialized
i just saw the song that sang the predicament i was in. how come i never really listened to it? how come i always hear it twenty times a day but i never really listened to its message to me? i do and i dont. sad that recognition came couple of days too late. now i have to look for a new one.
it always feels good to have your life sung with a song that really reflects your being. somehow, when you have that song that reflects what you feel, the feeling materializes like a whole new being who’s ready to accompany you in your endeavor. happiness is always doubled with a jolly song. sadness is always lifted from your chest with a song. songs are emotions materialized.
now that i am sad, i want that song that will reflect what transpires in my insides. i want the song that will accompany me in this limbo of sadness. i want the song that will lift the heavy burden in my chest and will walk with me through time until i have to leave him because it has served its purpose of carrying me to heal-ness. now, i am in search of that song that will guide me through the path of sadness and eventually will deliver me to the entrance door to happiness.

House of Representative
i’ve been in the Houseof Representatives today. we had a tour arranged by my DS 126 professor, Prof. Ronald Simbulan. we were showed portraits of past speakers of the house, first of which is osmena. the incumbent is speaker nograles who was the former majority leader of the house during speaker de venecia’s term. oh, and it was only today that i learned who our district’s congressman is – dan fernandez. haha!
highlights of the day:
1. candice got lost. glad she was pabibo today that she went to batasan earliest among three of us. she directed us where to go.
2. lala’s slippers gave its last day of service to her feet today. glad it lasted her till she reached home.
3. the walk from the gate to the northwing of the House of Representative was hot though it was good there were lots of trees on the area. the air actually made me miss the province. the soil smelled like rice field and burnt hays.
4. the top of the girl who toured us around was really beautiful. i’ll hunt for one. i guess the inspiration of that top’s designer was magellan’s clothe. it has overbulging sleeves that end exactly above the elbow.
5. THE Plenary Hall [is it the real name of that hall where the members of the House convene?] it was the hall where GMA gave her State of the Nation Addresses. we actually stayed there for almost two hours. there was a session of the 2009’s budget hearing. we saw Satur Ocampo and lots of other congressmen and congresswomen that i couldn’t remember the names. and there was former senator Ralph Recto, too. Recto is currently the chairman of NEDA according to my professor. amazingly and amusingly, we were acknowledged by the presiding speaker [a congresswoman appointed by nograles]. all the time we were inside the hall, i was sitted beside Prof Simbulan. We talked too many things and I was amazed by him in our two-hour chat.
6. my ID was misplaced- the tag was interchanged with this guapo guy’s. he’s from UP diliman, a For-Ex, i guess.
Overall, it was a good day though exhausting.
